Lucy’s Remarkable Feat at Arnold Sports Festival
New York resident Lucy Milgrim, weighing only 27 kilograms, achieved a remarkable feat at the Arnold Sports Festival held in Columbus, Ohio last month. The young athlete lifted an impressive 81 kilograms, three times her body weight, in front of a cheering crowd. Milgrim currently holds three USA Powerlifting records.
Professional Wrestling Training
Lucy’s father, Brett Milgrim, a wrestling coach, highlighted that his daughter is “a naturally strong child” with a unique physical foundation compared to her peers. Her passion for sports began early, imitating her parents during their gym sessions. Now, at just 9 years old and training five days a week, she is also receiving professional wrestling training under her father’s guidance.
